| BillingQ. How can I receive a Tax Invoice and/or Proforma Tax Invoice?
A. After you have placed your order login using the link provided in the confiramtion email or via the icon at the top of the website and you will have the ability to view your orders, order history, order status and also download a PDF Tax Invoice. This Tax Invoice will display as a Proforma Tax Invoice until payment is received. The final tax invoice can be viewed once the order has shipped.

Q. Do I need to be home to sign for delivery?
A. The couriers cannot leave a package at an unattended address and require someone to be there to accept delivery. We recommend using a work address in these events.
