Cancellation of Order
Orders may be cancelled where the order has not shipped and if we are able to cancel our order for the products. Under some circumstances restocking fees, freight charges and other costs may apply at ITparadise's discrection.
Refunds will be made once all products have been confirmed as cancelled which may take up to 2 weeks and the refund will be returned to you via EFT or Credit Card (Where possible).
Returns & Refunds
ITparadise offers a 7 day product return solely at ITparadise's discretion on products that are not excluded from returns (list below). ITparadise will issue a RA number valid for 14 days after approving the RA. This number must be used in all correspondence relating to the return. All products returned for credit must be in pristing, unopened condition with seals intact. Opened, damaged or soiled returns will not be accepted and will be returned at the customers expense.
The end user is responsible for freight to the Sydney Distribution Centre (some products may need to be returned to one of the other Distributon Centres).
ITparadise recommends that product returned by post should be sent by registered or certified mail. ITparadise accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occuring in transit.
The Return Authorisation number should be clearly written on a sticky label placed on the outside of the shipping carton - do not write directly on the carton. If the number cannot be identified the product will be returned immediately at the customers's expense.
Allow two to four weeks from receipt for processing and inpection before a credit has been approved. After approval any restocking fees, freight charges and any other costs will be deducted and the refund will be returned to you via EFT or Credit Card (Where possible).
Products sold on a "No Return" Basis
Product supplied on a "No Return" Basis can not be returned unless the product is faulty within the warranties imposed by statute and which cannot be excluded by agreement.
