| All items are sent via courier and a signature on delivery is required. Unless someone is going to be home during business hours we recommend that you use a work address.
Couriers used are normally Startrack Express or Australian Air Express, larger items or remote areas are normally handled by StarTrack Express
The couriers will attempt delivery once and will leave a card for you to contact them if you are not at home. If they cannot make the delivery and you do not contact the courier the item is returned and this can result in lengthy delays in getting the item shipped back plus payment of a new delivery fee.
Upon shipping you will be supplied a link to track the delivery, we are unable to supply the delivery date however 95% of services are overnight from shipping. The tracking link will provide an ETA along with the couriers details.
Freight costs depend on weight; we work on a flat rate Australian wide.
0 - 4.99KG $14.90
5 - 9.99KG $24.90
each additional 10KG is charged at $10
In the case of very remote areas a small surcharge may apply depending on location, we will contact you before the order is processed.
You can check the freight costs by adding items to your shopping cart and then viewing the shopping cart. Delivery options if available will be listed along with prices for delivery.
If on checkout the freight price does not look right make a note in the comments field and we will contact you before processing or contact us using the contact us link on the website and we will investigate to see if there is an error in the freight calculator or if there is a cheaper option as far as shipping is concerned.
Delivery times
For instock items 1-2 working days from clearance of payment. Heavier items or remote areas may take 1-3 days longer
For out of stock items the ETA is generally shown, allow a few more days to allow for receipt of items and dispatch.
ETA's are not always accurate and rely on information from manufacturers and can vary.
